Mitcham Shopping Centre Streetscape Upgrade, Stages 1&2

Following the successful completion of Parkmore Village Streetscape for Whitehorse Council, and an extensive public tender process, Whitehorse Council again teamed-up with Evergreen Civil to deliver the Mitcham Shopping Centre Streetscape Upgrade (Stages 1 & 2).  Works were highly detailed and within an extremely sensitive environment consisting of a vast number of local businesses and busy Whitehorse Road.

In summary, the works included:

• Demolition of existing asphalt and brick paving
• Installation & upgrade of stormwater drainage network
• Construction of detailed bespoke tree planters and preparation for soft landscaping
• Installation of highly detailed bluestone and hex granite paving
• Installation of asphalt paving
• Installation of bespoke street furniture
• Custom made steel architectural fencing
